MyBrainn is designed with a privacy-first, local-first architecture. We do not collect, store, sell, or track your voice recordings, transcripts, personal notes, or thoughts.
Recording and transcription are performed locally on your device. Your recordings, generated transcripts, Markdown files, and recording metadata remain on your device, or inside the folder you choose (iCloud Drive, On My iPhone, or another Files provider).
MyBrainn does not collect:
If you enable iCloud Drive export, files are synchronized using your personal Apple iCloud account. MyBrainn does not access or store your iCloud credentials. If you choose another Files provider, exported files are managed by that provider under its own terms.
MyBrainn requests microphone access only to record voice notes for local transcription and storage.
The app does not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, developer-owned servers, or cloud transcription APIs. Transcription runs on your device.
You can delete local recordings from the Library. Deleting a recording removes the local app entry and the local files MyBrainn manages. Files already exported to an external folder may need to be deleted separately from that folder.
This Privacy Policy may be updated in future app versions.
MyBrainn は、プライバシーファースト・ローカルファーストの設計です。音声録音、文字起こし、個人的なメモや思考を、開発者が収集・保存・販売・追跡することはありません。
録音と文字起こしは端末上で行われます。録音、生成された文字起こし、Markdown ファイル、録音メタデータは、ユーザーの端末内、または iCloud Drive・この iPhone 内・その他のファイルプロバイダなど、選択した保存先フォルダに保存されます。
MyBrainn は以下を収集しません。
iCloud Drive 書き出しを有効にした場合、ファイルはユーザー個人の Apple iCloud アカウントを通じて同期されます。MyBrainn が iCloud 認証情報へアクセスしたり保存したりすることはありません。
音声メモを録音し、端末内で文字起こしと保存を行うためにのみマイク権限を要求します。
ライブラリからローカル録音を削除できます。外部フォルダへ書き出し済みのファイルは、そのフォルダから別途削除する必要がある場合があります。
